IN THE RIVER VALLEYS AND RURAL AREAS. PEOPLE TRAVELING THIS
MORNING SHOULD BE ALERT FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF LOCALLY DENSE FOG
THAT COULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY POOR VISIBILITY BELOW ONE-HALF MILE
IN SPOTS.
